e*thirteen’s new all-aluminium LG1 Race SL downhill hubs are lighter than the previous carbon-shelled Race hubs and even more durable.E13 has kept the same 660 freehub internals and 6 degree / 60 points engagement intact for great feedback and performance on the trail, but wrapped it in a lightweight, all-aluminum package and adding fully sealed custom angular contact bearings to go for many years to come without hassle. Furthermore LG1 Race SL hub are featuring swapable endcaps.The hub comes with an integrated 7-speed downhill cassette with 9-10-12-14-16-18-21 teeth.By integrating the XD driver into the cassette itself, e*thirteen was able to eliminate approximately 12mm of unused space between the cassette and the hub flange, creating a near-dishless wheel that is stronger than competitor wheelsets by a longshot.
